Shadow is TicNote’s AI agent that operates across your entire knowledge base.
Ask any question in natural language and Shadow searches your entire knowledge base — across all projects and recordings — to answer it accurately. Every answer includes citation links back to the original source.Example: “What did the client say about pricing in Q1?”
Compare content across multiple recordings. Shadow identifies trends, recurring themes, and evolving viewpoints across sessions.Example: “How has customer feedback about the onboarding flow changed over the past 3 months?”
Shadow can create new files based on your recordings:
  • Markdown notes
  • HTML landing pages
  • Word documents / Excel spreadsheets
  • Presentation slides (from meeting content)
  • Multi-audience versions (executive brief / project backlog / sales follow-up — all from the same meeting)
Long press to summon Shadow on TicNote Pods (4G). Capture fleeting thoughts with your voice — they’re automatically tagged, stored in your Ideas pool, and can be converted into tasks, projects, or research threads.Currently supports English and Chinese voice input.
