Recording Modes

Case Mode (Earbuds inside, lid closed)

Place the closed case on a meeting table. Double-tap the case button to start recording. Best for: Conference meetings · Lectures · Group discussions

Buds Mode (Earphones in ears)

Put on the earbuds. Recording starts from the app, or auto-starts when you answer a call. Best for: Phone interviews · 1-on-1 conversations · On-the-go notes
TicNote Pods 4G: When 4G is active in case mode, the AI generates a Live Summary in real time. Within 30 seconds of ending, a Quick Summary is pushed to your phone.

Tips

Center of the table, button/mic side up. Away from fans, projectors, or loud objects.
  • Disable 4G when Live Summary not needed: 22 h vs 12 h recording
  • Store in case when not in use — case charges buds automatically
