# Vinculación del dispositivo

> Pair your TicNote Pods in 5 steps.

  <Step title="Install the TicNote App">
    Search **TicNote** in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
    Supports iOS 13+ and Android 8+.

  <Step title="Power On the Case">
    Open the case lid — the LED turns on and the case enters pairing mode automatically.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pair via the App">
    In the TicNote app:

    1. Tap **"+ Add Device"** on the homepage
    2. Select **TicNote Pods** from the list
    3. Tap **"Connect"** — the app shows "Connected"
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pair Earbuds via Bluetooth">
    After the app pairing is complete, open your phone's **Bluetooth settings** and connect **TicNote Pods** as a Bluetooth audio device. This enables call recording and music playback.

    <Tip>
      The earbuds appear in Bluetooth settings as "TicNote Pods". Tap to pair — no PIN required.

  <Step title="Start Recording">
    **Case mode**: Place earbuds in the case (lid closed). Double-tap the case button to start.

    **Buds mode**: Put on the earbuds. Tap the recording button in the app, or recording starts automatically when you answer a call.

## Solución de problemas

    * Open case lid and verify LED turns on
    * Keep case within 5 m of your phone
    * Long press case button 20 s to reset, then retry

    * Go to phone Bluetooth settings → find "TicNote Pods" → tap Connect
    * Place both buds in the case for 10 s, then remove together to re-pair
